The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office of Emergency Services will be hosting an educational evacuation town hall meeting for residents of El Dorado County. Residents can learn more about the county's wildfire preparedness plan and the new evacuation zones and routes which can be found at perimetermap.com.

To help residents commit their evacuation zones to memory, the Community Emergency Radio Association's Neighborhood Radio Watch weekly nets include stating the specific evacuation zone for each NRW member as part of the check-in process.

For the town hall meeting, the following agencies will be on hand to answer any questions:

• The Office of Wildfire Preparedness
