Community Emergency Radio Association Board
The Community Emergency Radio Association (CERA) Board consists of volunteers, many of whom are licensed Amateur Radio operators trained to assist with communications during community events, disaster response, and various other programs.
The CERA Board ensures that CERA programs are designed to achieve our mission in an ethical and transparent manner. Individually, Board Members do not have any power or authority. We act in cooperation with local community volunteers and organizations to have a positive impact on our community.
