Visit the booths at the El Dorado County Fair staffed by the Community Emergency Radio Association (CERA), Neighborhood Radio Watch (NRW), and the El Dorado County Amateur Radio Club (EDCARC) to learn more about the focus of each group, their programs, and services to the community.

Handheld and mobile radios may also be available for purchase to individuals interested in being part of CERA's Neighborhood Radio Watch program.
